The in-process gauge monitors the part size in real time during the machining cycle.
It adapts the machining cycle to obtain dimensional and geometrical quality while providing the most efficient machine cycle. Real time part size information provided by the system can be used by the operator or automatically by even the simplest machine control (availability of probes, accessories and electrical equipment).
